Shipping & Dispatch
All purchased items will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of full payment.
Once the item purchased has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping and tracking details.

Shipping within Australia
We offer FREE SHIPPING & INSURANCE within Australia for all paintings sold with the purchase value of $890 AUD and over, rolled and shipped in a tube and sent via Registered Australia Post. 

A fixed shipping charge of $25.00 AUD applies to all other paintings.
Delivery time, 3-5 business days from the dispatch date.

International Shipping 
We offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & INSURANCE for all paintings sold with the purchase value of $2.500 AUD and over, rolled and shipped in a tube sent via International Courier.
A fixed shipping charge of $180.00 AUD applies to all other paintings.
Delivery time, 3-7 business days from the dispatch date.

As customer service and satisfactions is up most important to us, we offer a Full Refund or Exchange whithin14 days from the date of purchase. T&C apply.

For all artworks bought online:
–All purchased artworks must be sent back to our Gallery within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition plus all original documents and photos, in appropriate packaging and via the same method of shipping.
– the return cost of shipping, insurance, customs, and government charges (if applicable) are at the expense of the purchaser.
